LSAC Resources

The custom writing industry began to really take off in the mid-2000s and since then students have been given a whole lot of options. The problem is that while many of these services are perfectly legit, others prey on naive students who think they are going to get papers written by actual professors and experts. For this review, we are taking a look at

We find that the website is very user-friendly and easy to navigate. The process of ordering a paper is fully explained, they have a FAQ, and show the list of services that they claim to offer. They also accounts for all of the so-called “experts” who write for them. We will discuss our findings in more detail below, but were very troubled with what we uncovered.

Services They Provide

According to their website, offers a vast array of services from standard essays and complex dissertations to homework problem sets and online exam taking. When comparing this service to its competitors, it is hard to argue that any of them offer more than what provides. But again, the question is not just about how many services they handle, but how well they do it.

Extra Features

Among their features are email and SMS notifications about customer status orders, the ability to chat with a writer, plagiarism-free papers, and writer profiles that are extremely suspect.

Ordering Process

We would give even marks for their ordering process. While many companies allow you to play around with the order form before creating an account, requires you to sign up for one before you can order. Once you get to the ordering page, it looks like this:

The writers send their supposed applications and the customer chooses the one that they want to work with. The customer then accepts the bid, makes a payment, and the writer begins their work. It should be noted that if a customer adds more details after they have confirmed their order, they will be charged additionally if they want the writer to fulfill those new requirements. We find that to be reasonable.

The prices at are around the industry average. $12 gets you a high school level paper with a deadline of a couple of weeks. They also offer rewriting ($7 per page) and editing ($6 per page) services. As we were filling out the order form, we found it odd that the price of the paper did not increase even when we threw in some highly complex instructions. This definitely raised some red flags since it is obvious that an advanced chemical engineering paper should cost more than a poem.

Payment Methods allows customers to pay through PayPal, three major credit cards, and through a wire transfer. Chances are your bank will hit you with a fee for transferring the money, so that is an option we would not recommend.

Discounts tend to be a stable perk at most custom writing companies, but does not offer them. Not even the 15% first-time discount that is a pretty popular feature among the majority of services.

Guarantees offers discounts based on the following conditions:

  • The company fails to find a writer who is interested in the order

  • The company finds a writer, but the customer cancels before the processing stage

  • The paper comes back plagiarized

Customers who are successfully granted a refund receive it within five business days from the date in which the refund request was confirmed.

Customer Support

We take issue with their customer support page because all of the profile pictures are fake. For example, the photo of “Head of Customer Support” Christopher Johnson actually comes from a Hungarian-based photo website. So-called “Customer Support” agent Emis Heartilly (which is the most nonsensical name imaginable) is actually an Italian girl from Genoa whose picture they found on, and even the writer’s pictures and profiles are fake. The photo of Dr. Joshua is indeed an actual professor named Josh Vura-Weis, but aside from the name there is nothing about their biographies that are even remotely similar.

Online Reputation

It is good to observe the number of orders completed by writers or look through the feedback provided by the customers. On the other hand, this side of their website seems a bit suspicious, since we could not see the names of the writers and their photos were fake.

Date of Foundation

The website was first registered in 2000, but with a different company. became a writing service only in 2014.

Mostly their customers are happy with the final projects. However, we noticed some bad reviews as well.

Of all the websites we have reviewed (and we have looked at quite a few) we would rate as possible not the best one. But if you do not mind middle range prices or slow customer support response, this website is exactly for you.
