As part of LSAC's commitment to provide platinum customer service to law schools and candidates, we have adopted Hewlett Packard's ITSM Model (IT Service Management) aligned with TeamQuest's IT Service Optimization (ITSO) process for capacity planning and performance management. Focused on best practices in the planning and delivery of IT services, ITSO is part of a global standard (ISO 20000) for information services established by the ITIL (Infrastructure Library) Global Standards.

The Information Services Division Advisory Group (ISDAG) consists of 12 volunteers and one liaison from the Services and Programs committee who represent both admission and technology professionals at our member law schools. This group works with senior members of the LSAC Information Services Division (ISD) and advises us on the functionality, design, and usability of our technology-based services.
