As part of LSAC's commitment to provide platinum customer service to law schools and candidates, we have adopted Hewlett Packard’s ITSM Model (IT Service Management) aligned with TeamQuest’s IT Service Optimization (ITSO) process for capacity planning and performance management. Focused on best practices in the planning and delivery of IT services, ITSO is part of a global standard (ISO 20000) for information services established by the ITIL (Infrastructure Library) Global Standards.
